Position Summary

Manages and evaluates the compensation functions for organization, including participating in the design of job descriptions, salary structure, job analysis and incentive plans.

Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities



  • Develop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation programs aligned with the organization's reward strategy.
  • Administer the company's compensation program in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position.
  • Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
  • Collect data about company's Compensation policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.
  • Participate in compensation and benefit surveys.


Competency Requirements



  • Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow instructions and possess an attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess ability to navigate and use other web-based systems as necessary
  • Possess a positive attitude and establish good working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders


Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree and more than four years of experience.


Physical Requirements



  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV
