As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.

What you'll do:

- Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as aviation mechanics

- Provide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goals

- Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Conducting thorough technical prescreening

- Leverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidate

- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the process

- Negotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent

Position Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 5 years of talent acquisition experience

Desired Characteristics:

- Bachelors degree

- Corporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.

- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and managing the candidate workflow. ORC / Fusion experience is a plus.

- Proficient with MS Office Suite.

- Previous experience recruiting for postings at all levels (operations/technical, professional & leadership roles).

- Ability to work collaboratively with HR professionals and Hiring Managers.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing priorities.

- Provide accurate, actionable feedback and coaching to Hiring Managers.

- Strong process orientation, attention to detail, time management and organization skills.

- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

- Must be authorized to work in the US.
