Valley & Bloom Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager with at least 1-3 years' experience in the field to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential community management, including rent collection, bookkeeping, processing move ins/outs, keeping track of aged receivables, Yardi, processing renewals, etc. Job responsibilities for the position include all activities related to community operations. In the absence of the community manager, the assistant manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the community including but not limited to the following:
