Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce CRM Instructor in Pensacola, FL. We are looking for an experienced instructor who can deliver specialized Salesforce training with a focus on teaching Navy Recruiters how to effectively use Salesforce and eCRM for recruitment activities in support of our federal clients. This role is on-site three to five days a week aligned with the needs of our client.

Scope of Responsibilities:

* Deliver targeted Salesforce CRM in-person training sessions in an engaging and hands-on learning environment specifically tailored to Navy Recruiters.

* Design, build and continuously update curriculum focused on Salesforce/eCRM training for Navy Recruiters, ensuring content relevance and alignment with program goals.

* Develop learner-centric materials, guides and coaching tools that facilitate technical understanding and skill-building in Salesforce and eCRM use for recruiting.

* Train fellow instructors on delivering the course effectively, enabling consistent and high-quality learner experiences.

* Review and analyze Salesforce release notes, specifically updates to Salesforce and eCRM, to adapt and enhance the training program promptly with any relevant changes.

* Work collaboratively with Salesforce/eCRM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine and improve the program content and deliver techniques.

* Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

* Minimum DoD Secret security clearance

* 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, technical training, or a related instructional design role.

* Proven ability to create, adapt and deliver technically oriented training programs.

* Experience or familiarity with Salesforce and/or eCRM, including the ability to understand and apply release updates to training content.

* Strong presentation and coaching skills with the capability to simplify complex technical content for diverse learners.

* Collaborative mindset and experience working with SMEs to enhance instructional content.

* Provide onsite presence in Pensacola, Fl 3-5 days a week for classroom instruction and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Salesforce Certification or prior direct experience with Salesforce is a strong plus.

* Prior experience training in Navy, military training, or experience training for government programs.

Salary: $90,000+ to align with education and experience
