Job Responsibilities:

• Surgical Technologist 2 demonstrates advanced knowledge and practice in the role of the first scrub.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of aseptic and surgical techniques.
• Demonstrates responsible behavior as a healthcare professional.
• Identifies variances from expected outcomes and responds to changes in patient needs.
• Teamwork-communicates effectively and works cooperatively with others.
• Has respect for and understanding of other clinical disciplines. Uses an integrated approach toward patient outcomes.

Requirements for Consideration:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Year Surg Tech experience or equivalent
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association required upon start.
• Licensed Surgical Technologist required upon start
