The candidate selected will ensure new hires are provided an exceptional onboarding experience, support retention efforts, maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, and oversee daily production activities. Pay: $17 per hour

3rd Shift Hours: 6 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime on Saturdays

The Talent Ambassador will play a key role in supporting our talent management efforts, ensuring that our team members feel engaged, valued, and supported throughout their journey with the company. You will be responsible for conducting regular check-ins, running essential reports, and addressing attendance issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Your leadership and dedication will contribute to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our client. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:



  • Act as a liaison between the production team and supervisors and Staffmark, ensuring timely response to inquiries and addressing operational challenges.
  • Provide effective onboarding, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance performance and uphold operational standards.
  • Lead by example to inspire and guide the manufacturing team in achieving daily production goals.
  • Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating as needed.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to talent engagement, attendance, and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent management practices.
  • Proactively reach out to team members who are absent to understand their circumstances and offer support.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and reduce turnover.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and our client to optimize production efficiency.
  • Organize and participate in employee appreciation events and recognition activities to promote team morale and engagement.
  • Work closely with HR and management teams to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
  • Enforce safety protocols and company policies to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a leadership/Team Lead role within a production or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive work environment and the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
