  • Base Hourly Rate: $19/hr
  • The total compensation opportunity includes the base salary, a 10% annual bonus opportunity based on company performance

Summary Statement

In this role, you will be working on products that improve quality of life for patients, workers and consumers worldwide. Our products include sterilization and cleaning monitoring, mail in spore testing, and continuous monitoring products to name a few. Our services include validation and calibration services, sterilization cycle development and validation, and contract laboratory testing. Your work can have a direct impact on your life and the lives of those you love.

Key Job Responsibilities:



  • Ability to package and assemble medical devices with care and efficiency.
  • Ability to support operation of all Assembly and Packaging Labelers.
  • Ability to respond to changing production timelines.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and provide continuous feedback.
  • Ability to follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Application of the Mesa Labs Quality Policy and active monitoring of product quality during manufacturing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • 6 months experience in a production or laboratory environment preferred, willing to train the right individual.
  • Knowledge of or experience in a Federal Drug Administration (FDA) regulated industry preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalency degree required.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
