Responsibilities

Responsibilities for IT Support Specialist:

    Provide support and resolve IT infrastructure problems to the end-user's satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Helpdesk.
  • Proactively manage and maintain remote site infrastructure
  • Be prepared to travel to NaphCare sites as needed
  • Work with NaphCare's corporate IT team on issue resolution


Qualifications

Qualifications for IT Support Specialist:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in an computer related field
  • At least two years experience preferred
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Must demonstrate efficiency, punctuality and professional communication via phone and email.
  • Excellent communication skills and be task driven while remaining extremely organized
