SUMMARY
The Sr. National Channel Manager is responsible for the recruitment, training and management of a partner base selling Lingo voice, data, UCaaS, and VoIP products and services, as well as recruiting Value Added Resellers (VARS), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Referral Partners. This role will help drive the company strategy and field action plan required to grow new sales opportunities and expand market adoption of Lingo's offerings. They ensure the partner base is meeting or exceeding contractual obligations and help develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed corporate sales goals. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; 5-7 years of successful telecom experience in a Channel Manager role or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational skills and efficient computer skills in MicroSoft Office and SalesForce.com required. Knowledge and experience in the product categories of; VoIP services, SDWAN, wireless networks, and security necessary. |
