Description
First Merchants Bank is seeking a Partner Servicing Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate in this position would fulfill First Merchant's mission by providing high performing, knowledgeable, and responsive service to our internal commercial line of business, as well as establish and maintain positive relationships with the back office teams at our external bank partners' Agency Services divisions. This will include at a minimum the following; project development and tracking, regular communication with internal and external partners, facilitation of customer support through various operational resources, and providing timely resolution to an assortment of client needs.
