Job Summary: As the Sr Youth Worker (Non-Driver) you will provide welcome, support, basic needs and encouragement to youth experiencing homelessness ages 16-24 or children and adolescents who are in 24/7 shelter for care. You will also provide coverage to shelter during all open hours, support youth at time of departure, assist with the provision of basic needs and work with each young person to make a daily plan. The Sr Youth Worker provides a consistent, safe and supportive milieu to for each individual within an environment where the population served may present with a high level of need and the population served may change quickly and within a single shift. You will develop positive relationships with youth to help them identify immediate needs and/or plan or creating next steps toward stability and how to advance toward those steps. You will also respond to crisis and emergent needs of youth seeking shelter. Job Requirements:
