Description MaineHealth Corporate ***Position will need to be eligible or currently licensed in both the State of MaineandNew Hampshire. Fully remote scheduleafter initial training onsite. This position will help to support our MaineHealth Oncology Clinics. The selected candidate must be available to train on site in Southern Maine. Onceonboarded, this will be a remote position. For this position, we are specifically seeking candidates with PGY2 Oncology Residency training and/or oncology experience, such as Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice. 2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required. 3. Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
