Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support a local company specializing in exceptional customer service and technical assistance for water heater issues.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Shift: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for electric and gas water heater equipment.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and follow up on customer issues.
  • Offer general product information, warranty assistance, and process parts orders.
  • Document call details, installation information, and product specifics.
  • Research product and part information, and maintain/up-to-date records using web-based systems.
  • Make warranty-related decisions for equipment valued around $1500.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with software and hardware operations, including keyboarding.
