Manager - Data Management Equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement. This position is located at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in Lawrenceville. PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required prior to the start of employment. Also, a current TB test will be required as a condition of employment. EEO/AA/M/F/Vets/Disabled. Job Summary Oversees data management and training activities and manages team. Administers, evaluates, and improves data management training. Implements and ensures compliance with standard policies, procedures, and practices. Tests and evaluates systems and processes regularly and collaborates to design and maintain integrated systems. Researches technologies and investigates methods for integration with existing data management systems. Develops and conducts research related training programs and manages the day-to-day program operations. Establishes metrics to evaluate program success, conducts surveys and analysis, and ensures needs are fulfilled. Provides direction and technical assistance and ensures quality and accreditation of the program. Essential Functions
