Job Description
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide campus is currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach COMD 219 - Speech at our Worldwide online campus Course Description Foundational theories and practices of communication, including public speaking, content, delivery, and design. Section emphasis may vary by instructor. Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including duringtraining.Presently,we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states exceptCalifornia.ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases. QualificationsDoctor's or Master's degree in teaching discipline, or a Masters' degree with a concentration in teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline). Degrees Within the Teaching Discipline: Speech, Communication, Communication Studies. Related Discipline: Rhetoric, English, Education (cognate in Speech or Communication Studies), Applied Linguistics, Applied Communication Arts. |
