Licensed Outpatient Therapist - Part Time - Stroudsburg, PA

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, or a graduate degree in the field of human services required.
• One (1) year psychotherapy experience required.
• Must hold a valid professional license in one of the following:
  
  
  
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  
  
  
  
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to provide clear and concise clinical documentation that meets program standards.

Earn $29.75/hour to start with set progressions in pay

Schedule 24 hours/week between 9 am-5 pm

Position Details

The licensed outpatient therapist provides psychotherapy and mental health treatment within our Pocono outpatient facility, supporting individuals, families, and groups through evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing mental health challenges.
• Conduct on-site crisis interventions and emergency evaluations as needed.
• Analyze assessment results to develop clinical case conceptualizations and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including treatment notes, incident reports (within 24 hours), and non-billable activities.
• Monitor authorized units and ensure client charts are complete and compliant.
• Submit weekly schedules including client sessions, supervision, meetings, trainings, and daily units.
