Overview Shifts Available: Nights: 11pm- 7:00am (8 or 10 hour shifts- flexible one hour before or after shift start time) Weekends: 7am- 7:00pm OR 7pm- 7:00am (Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Position Starts at $20.70 plus nights and weekend shift differertials
The Crisis Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining certification in the crisis intervention model. The major focus of this position is providing crisis intervention training for identified staff and keeping with evidence-based treatment and practice, fidelity to the model currently endorsed by the organization. Responsibilities * Completes and maintains certification in hospital de-escalation safety and restraint training. Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelors or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Criminal Justice, or related field required; or six years of equivalent experience. MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: FREQUENTLY: 34-66% OF THE TIME (2.6 TO 5.0 HOURS) Bend/twist; Squat/kneel; Flexing/extending of neck; Reaching above shoulder; Computer skills; Lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs. or greater with assistance; Lunging and carrying; Interpreting data skills; Exposure to Blood and/or bodily fluids; Exposure to Communicable diseases and/or pathogens; Exposure to loud noises Need help finding the right job?
