As a Senior Cook, you will prepare quality meals using LSS menus and recipes to serve to congregate, Meals on Wheels (MOW) and to ship in bulk to satellite sites. You will order and receive food and supplies, direct kitchen/dining room cleaning and sanitation and work with site manager(s), kitchen staff, and volunteers to ensure a smooth delivery system. You will also provide direction, supervision, and training to kitchen staff and assist with hiring new staff. Job Requirements:
