Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Newark, DE. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • This entry-level role will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment.
  • A production worker completes various production and manufacturing-related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
  • This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
  • Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.
  • Inspect and package the finished product.
  • Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
  • Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.
  • Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
  • Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies such as FDA, ISO, and OSHA.
  • Follow all area safety rules and procedures.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20.55/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving and troubleshooting.
  • Able to learn new processes/functions.
  • Good communicator.
  • Team player.
  • Experiences include FDA-regulated facility, production/manufacturing environment, manufacturing equipment operation, and good documentation and manufacturing practices.
  • PC skills (MS Office software, Outlook, Word, Documentum.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • This position needs to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes.
  • The client will provide PPE.
  • Individuals may be needed to sit or stand for long periods.
  • Position needs lifting materials to 50 lbs.
  • Based on business needs, individuals may need to work overtime or be asked to modify their work hours.
