SUMMARY: The Digital Development Specialist will be responsible for creating, planning and optimizing experiences with user interfaces that are engaging and easily navigable across all Kraft Sports + Entertainment digital platforms - including websites, mobile apps, emails, online offers and other emerging technologies. This position will leverage a deep understanding of WordPress and other digital experience platforms, to play a crucial role in executing KSE's digital strategy across channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop websites and landing page layouts that are mobile responsive and user-friendly
- Identify and implement WordPress plugins and themes on organizational websites, including GilletteStadium.com and TheKraftGroup
- Assist in the development of the Patriots and Gillette Stadium mobile apps -- including ongoing collaboration with 3rd party developers -- by creating, updating, optimizing digital experiences and mobile landing pages
- Hand code and design email templates in HTML/CSS within marketing automation platform (Marketo) and sales enablement platform (Salesforce)
- Serve as primary webmaster for GilletteStadium.com, including publishing all content that touches website
- Support digital marketing team in execution of email marketing programs and other digital campaigns, using CMS, CRM, and other marketing platforms
- Create custom e-commerce offers and landing pages for KSE brands, while liaising with 3rd party developers for offer system enhancements.
- Support front-end webform development (Formstack) and back-end data integration with customer data warehouse
- Produce marketing assets to support corporate partners and programs
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and propose the best technological solutions
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs for responsive page development
- Manage onboarding of new digital marketing technologies, supporting platform transitions, channel integrations, and code implementations
- Research best practices and emerging technology opportunities
- Work within creative direction and brand guidelines of New England Patriots and Gillette Stadium
- Consume sports and marketing content across other teams, leagues and brands
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years experience providing digital development support at a high-level
- Development and page design experience with content management systems (Wordpress and Drupal)
- Proven ability to manually write HTML and CSS code for effective web and email layout
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with mobile-first and responsive design
- Technical experience with marketing automation systems preferred (Marketo)
- Flexibility in working quickly and efficiently under pressure to handle shifting priorities
- Strong knowledge of digital and mobile technologies, software and applications
- Independent, creative problem solver and thinker
- Detail- and results-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams consisting of technical and non-technical members
- Strong understanding of file management
