Posting Summary	This will be a 10-week assignment to provide instruction and training to School of Nursing students regarding creative best practices for building a professional brand through portfolios, online presentations, social media, and short-form video. The incumbent will conceive, develop, and present 2-3 workshops for School of Nursing students, which will also be open to faculty and staff as appropriate. The instructor will provide pointers on developing engaging presentations using platforms/software such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related discipline. Requires at least 5 years of experience in graphic design and production. Must be up-to-date on current trends and best practices in brand development, design, and typography to produce visually attractive, engaging content to promote desired messages to intended audiences. Requires excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff. Experience in a higher education environment is strongly preferred.

Immunization Requirements

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
