As a Sr. Administrative Coordinator/Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring program compliance, oversight of fee for service and contract billings, and administrative support to the Programs.

Job Requirements:



  • A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, plus three year's related experience, or a combination of six years of relevant experience, education will be considered.
  • Experience in tracking outcomes is preferred.
  • A driver's license and current insurance is required.
  • Ability to work very well independently, with excellent skills in teamwork and collaboration.
  • Broad knowledge of specific populations served and surrounding issues.
  • Able to draw on organizational and interpersonal skills to assure continuous cooperative working relations and open communication among collaborating partners
  • Able to interact/network with many different individuals within and outside of the organization.
  • Computer skills to include Word and Excel and data entry programs.
  • Skills in the area of bookkeeping, typing, data entry and office management are required.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment with distractions from youth.
