Overview

Coordinates roving school health program, communicates with external partners and clinical staff and coordinates site location schedule to ensure program success. Registers and schedules patients for roving clinics and maintains partner relationships.

Will need to travel within central Ohio with occasional trips longer distances



Responsibilities

    Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
  • Communicates regularly with clinical team members
  • Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners to collect consents and schedules for patients
  • Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in the area of responsibility
  • Provides excellent customer service to patients and families by applying best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Registers and schedules patients at assigned clinics
  • Assists in identifying self-pay patients and referring to financial assistance when applicable
  • Obtains accurate demographic, insurance and physician information on registration
  • Coordinates and maintains schedule for roving clinic sites


Qualifications

Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.
Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management.
* Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work well independently.
Experience:
One year of program or project support, required.
