Program Integrator, Senior

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to support pre- and post-award Department of Defense (DoD) contracts? Do you know both sides of the acquisition and contract life cycle? Do you develop innovative solutions to complex problems? As a DoD Acquisition Program Management Professional, you'll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives, ensuring our client's mission is our mission. We're looking for someone like you to lead a team of experts and be a liaison to the Government client.

This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients from various DoD and other government agencies to plan and execute large-scale space and ground system acquisition programs. You'll help the DoD integrate Strategic SATCOM systems across a large stakeholder community and manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. You'll develop acquisition strategies and plans, Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You'll participate in source selections and perform technical evaluations of proposals. You'll orchestrate development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining consensus, you'll lead meaningful acquisition support. You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations

  • 7+ years of experience with implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile such as Agile Train Release (ART)

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile program increment planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews

  • 5+ years of experience with project management and leadership

  • Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to work with internal and external clients within cross-functional team meetings and professional environments

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with DoD space and ground technologies and systems

  • Experience with working new technology programs for embedded systems

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
