THE HIGH LEVEL

The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. They possess domain-specific knowledge of VA health care programs and assists with documentation review, planning, program specific-testing, evaluation and provides subject matter expertise. They work to support the service delivery lifecycle, which includes the setup, scheduling, management, implementation, and close-out of small and large projects. Incumbents work under the direction of their client and Iron Bow Sr. Clinical Project Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



  • Understands and demonstrates the capabilities and use of new and existing Digital Health platforms.
  • Provides planning and evaluation support.
  • Provides meeting facilitation, presentation development, and action item tracking.
  • Attends/conducts meetings and work groups as needed.
  • Supports the growth, release, implementation, and deployment of telehealth technologies and programs.
  • Utilizes SME knowledge and understanding to support and facilitate implementation plans to meet operational goals and targets.
  • Assists with enhancing and improving existing training, documentation, and operational guidance through analysis of existing training and operational guides and advancements of technology and needs.
  • Assists with the development of training manuals and content by identifying and describing information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy.
  • Performs systematic reviews of strategic initiatives, staffing plans, clinical workflows and provides updates and reports as required.
  • Supports the evaluation and sustainment of new programs, telehealth technologies, equipment, applications, workflows and clinical processes.
  • Leads large cross-functional projects, identifying and working on tasks and assignments as instructed.
  • Contributes to team effort through effective collaboration and timely completion of duties and tasks.
  • Coordinate and provide consultation for executive level program directors.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE



  • You have excellent knowledge of and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience in Monday.com is a plus.
  • You're able to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines.
  • You pay attention to detail and have effective verbal and written communications skills
  • You're energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're able to work either independently or with a team.
  • We'd like it if you have experience working in the VA and have experience implementing new programs.
  • We'd like it if you have experience working on large scale action items, creating action and implementation plans.
  • Must submit to and be able to successfully obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • You should have a High School Diploma, or equivalent, plus 5 years of relevant experience either in healthcare and/or Mental Health. VA experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Clinical (RN, PT, OT, ST, MD, DO, NP) licensure required (RN or SW preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Preferred experience with implementing change management techniques.
  • Work remotely with possible 5% travel.
