Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity for aQlik BI Developer. The Qlik BI Developer will collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver data centric solutions to enhance decision-making. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter with a rigorous understanding of database design, data structure and modeling to support NIWC Atlantic.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Support with building data models, data flows, interfaces and infrastructure to meet the information requirements of the business mission and other general taskings in accordance with policy.
• Create complex Qlik data models leveraging QVDs.
• Analyze data sources to determine how to meet business requirements with available data.
• Test and provide data validation for Qlik reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Qlik Sense solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Qlik Sense best practices and industry trends.
• Develop algorithms for data analysis.
• Write scripts to process and manipulate data efficiently.
• Operationalize predictive analytics model results to visually forecast future trends.
• Maximize automation to streamline data processing workflows.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers & data scientists to extract insights from data.
• Combine various tools and frameworks to integrate and analyze diverse data source.
• Develop SOPs for technical processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
• 6+ years of technical experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.
• 2+ years of experience implementing Qlik solutions.
• Experience with database design and SQL.
• Experience with Business Intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense to create Qlik data models.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadline pressures and to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy; professional maturity; high degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality; ability to work with individuals in a tactful diplomatic manner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach.

Desired Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD and/or NIWC Atlantic.
• Advanced experience with Qlik Sense, Qlik View and Databricks.
• Experience with data migrations and ETL process.
• Experience with Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Experience with DoD/DON ADVANA/Jupiter platform.
• Knowledge of development best practices and procedures.
• Experience with agile development.

Salary $90k + to align with education and experience.
