Zayo is seeking a Governance and Knowledge Manager who will report to the GRC Sr. Manager and be responsible for developing and maintaining Zayo's governance frameworks and knowledge management systems. The Governance and Knowledge Manager involves ensuring adherence to governance policies, managing knowledge assets, and promoting best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks and policies in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Manage the organization's knowledge management system, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of information.

  • Collaborate with the GRC team to ensure governance policies are integrated into business operations.

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of governance documentation and knowledge assets.

  • Provide training and support to internal teams on governance policies and knowledge management practices.

  • Monitor compliance with governance policies and identify areas for improvement.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's knowledge management capabilities.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information relevant to governance and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to governance and knowledge management activities.

  • Assist in the preparation of governance and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as a point of contact for governance-related inquiries and issues.

  • Support the GRC Manager in developing and executing governance and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in governance, knowledge management, or GRC roles required.

  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks and knowledge management principles.

  • Experience with GRC software and tools, particularly experience with ServiceNow.

  • Proven experience with maintaining & managing documentation of security policies, processes, and standards.

  • Experience with data analytics and Tableau preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage information and knowledge assets effectively.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and relevant knowledge management tools.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Base Salary Range: $78,500 - $112,100 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
