STS Technical Services is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Sales Support Specialist in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This role is critical to supporting the Sales Team and President by streamlining administrative and sales support tasks to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflows.


Position Overview

The Administrative and Sales Support Specialist will provide essential support across the Sales Team, Operations Manager, and company leadership. This role includes managing sales quotes, tracking customer interactions, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with marketing initiatives, making it ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys collaborative, multi-functional roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Quoting: Prepare accurate, detailed multi-page sales quotes for clients, ensuring precision and timely submission.
  • Quote Management: Track quotes through the process, facilitating timely delivery and updates to the sales team.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as a key contact for customer inquiries, addressing basic questions about quotes and products.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain the customer database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Sales Reporting: Compile and generate periodic sales reports, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing plans and creating promotional materials to support corporate marketing efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance across the Sales Department and company operations.
  • Policy Compliance: Adhere to all internal policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Organization & Time Management: Strong skills in managing time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen focus on detail for all quoting, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborative Abilities: Team-oriented mindset, with experience working across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Background in sales support or administrative roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with quoting processes and customer relationship management systems.
