CVOR

Must work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays based on unit needs. Block/special scheduling cannot be accommodated unless approved at the time of booking. RTO must be included with submission.

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: 3x10s 7a-5:30p and one shift 7a-3p, totaling 37.5 hours weekly

Primary Unit: CVOR

Float: Main OR for primarily Ortho & General cases

On-Call Requirement: On-call 24 hours SAT/SUN (one weekend per month), on-call 8-hour shift 2 weekdays either 3-11 or 11-7

Requirements:

• BLS Required
• 2.5 Years of OR experience required
• Circulate required; Scrub is preferred

Types of Cases/Experience Required:

• Valve replacement, coronary artery bypass, TAVR, Dissection, transplant, VATs
• Main OR: Strong experience in General and Ortho
• Standard cardiac (Cabg, AVR, MVR), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, Heart transplant, Lung transplant, VATs, VADs
• Transplant experience (at least heart transplant), Standard Endovascular (TCAR, TEVAR, fistulogram)
• Must have endovascular, vascular experience (i.e. Endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem-Pop bypass)

Charting System: EPIC/OR Manager (PICIS)
