Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Environmental/Maintenance Director to join our growing team!
Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, at the former home of Sandee's Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts: Monday-Friday(8am-4:30pm)/On-Call rotation every 7 weeks

Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Maintenance Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community.

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:


  • Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
  • Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
  • Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
  • Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
  • Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
  • Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in health care is preferred.
