We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our team at the Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. As the Reservations Supervisor, you will enter hotel room reservations and ensure all data in the property management systems is accurate while maximizing rooms revenue and providing optimal guest service. Your meticulous attention to detail and analytic mind will help you with the following responsibilities:



  • Accurately enter all hotel room reservations into property management system
  • Review and maintain accuracy of all data entered in OnQ and R&I, performing audits as needed, ensuring a balanced inventory of all room types and preventing overselling to maximize revenue
  • Create group blocks and enter group rooming lists
  • Maintain cut off dates for group blocks, rooming lists and payment, coordinating with Sales Team and other pertinent departments
  • Prepare and distribute occupancy, revenue, forecast, pace and group reports as needed daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
  • Point of contact for third party reservations such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc.
  • Create and distribute Special Rate Plans and reservation links as needed
  • Create and maintain files for groups and Local Negotiated Rates
  • Promptly answer reservation phone calls and emails
  • Able to answer questions and inquiries regarding hotel, guest rooms, services, amenities, availability and rates
  • Review occupancy and inventory daily to include arrivals, duplicates reservations, no-shows and cancellations and take appropriate action according to hotel, brand, and Crescent policies, communicating with Operational departments
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineer for VIP reservations, special group requests and operational needs
  • Work with Accounting on group billing
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned


Hourly rate range for this full time position is $22-25 per hour. At least one year of Hotel Front Desk or Hotel Reservations experience required. Hilton and OnQ experience preferred.
