Your Opportunity: FolderWorks, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join the team! In this position, you will play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of and our team is well represented!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers through email and phone communication.

  • Answer questions on pricing, order status, inventory, and more.

  • Support & consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutions.

  • Monitor high priority customer orders.

Your Shift:

  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

You Must Have:

  • High school education or equivalent in related experience.

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service related field.

  • Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.

  • Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills.

  • Work well independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Microsoft Experience.

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Ability to speak fluent Spanish.

  • 1+ years of related experience and/or training.

  • Basic understanding of the print process along with basic paper knowledge; paper grades.

  • Willing to look at new and innovative ways to improve methods and processes.
