TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join their client's team in Beloit. This person will ensure seamless network operations and support. This position will sit 100% onsite in Beloit. Key Responsibilities: * Network Monitoring: Utilize ServiceNow to monitor and address branch outages promptly. * Network Access Control (NAC): Troubleshoot and resolve NAC issues to maintain secure network access. * Switch Configuration: Configure network switches to ensure optimal performance and connectivity. * Access Point Management: Ship and manage access points, ensuring they are correctly deployed and operational. * Engineering Support: Assist with various engineering projects, providing technical expertise and support. * Solution Setup: Help pre-set up network solutions, ensuring they are ready for deployment. * Asset Management: Associate serial numbers with specific templates and perform troubleshooting as needed. * Firewall Management: Support and troubleshoot Netskope SSE Virtual Web Firewalls and Palo Alto firewalls. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a network administrator role. * Proficiency in using ServiceNow for network monitoring and issue resolution. * Strong understanding of NAC, switch configuration, and access point management. * Experience with Netskope SSE Virtual Web Firewalls and Palo Alto firewalls. * Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work onsite in Beloit, WI, five days a week. Preferred Skills: * Experience with SD-WAN deployments. * Familiarity with various network engineering products and solutions. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
