You Are:

You are a motivated and passionate Senior Associate Network Security Engineer eager to join our global network infrastructure support team. With a keen interest in maintaining a highly redundant and scalable secure network, you are ready to contribute to a dynamic network engineering team responsible for supporting global network services. Your expertise spans LAN, WAN, Data Center, remote access, wireless, and firewall security. You excel in improving network security posture through new vendor solutions, maintaining Zero Trust Architecture, and supporting cloud operations in AWS, Azure, and GCP. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain network security standards, governance, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and security access issues.
  • Assist with deployment and troubleshooting of network security infrastructure for global remote field offices and data centers.
  • Contribute to network security ticketing and provide timely resolution for end-user issues.
  • Utilize automation tools and scripts to standardize deployment configurations and environments.
  • Manage network security infrastructure, including SASE, firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and ZTA solutions.
  • Help maintain and advance Zero Trust Architecture adoption.
  • Identify and solve problems related to overall security infrastructure performance, efficiency, and availability in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to network security documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Support basic operations in Azure/AWS/GCP cloud environments.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

  • Contribute to the resolution of network security issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

What You'll Need:

  • BA or BS in a technical discipline.
  • US Citizen/Federal ITAR compliant.
  • 2+ years of network administration experience supporting small and large enterprise environments.
  • Experience with configuring and troubleshooting VPN, IPsec, NAC, DOT1x, TLS/SSL encryption.
  • General exposure to firewall maintenance and operations.
  • Knowledge of switching fundamentals such as Ethernet, VLANs, and LACP.
  • Basic troubleshooting experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS.
  • Knowledge of OSI model, routing protocols, and fundamentals.
  • Experience using network diagnostic and packet analysis tools.
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work after hours or on weekends to support projects and maintenance activities.
  • Potential travel to support field office projects.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience, including scripting/coding.
  • Network certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, ZIA.
  • Proficiency with scripting tools such as Ansible and Python.
  • Experience with Cisco, Aruba, and Palo Alto.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure.

You will join a dynamic network engineering team responsible for supporting all global network services, including LAN, WAN, Data Center, remote access, wireless, and firewall security. This team manages a global data center footprint of over 12 megawatts of power, 12 Colo data centers, 10 on-prem data centers, and over 50K servers.
