Job Description
This program provides the Government with technical and management expertise to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their missions and systems. This position serves as the Program Control Analyst (PCA) for the prime contractor and is responsible for financial management, reporting, and funding activities. The PCA allocates funds, plans, and tracks BAC, EAC, ETC, and funding run-out dates.
As Program Control Analyst, you will:
- Manage all financial activities for prime programs, to include labor hours management, travel processing, and materials reporting.
- Engage in subcontractor management including, but not limited to, timesheet management, invoice processing and compiling funding documents.
- Complete project accounting responsibilities within Unanet.
- Review invoices and provide approval prior to submission to customer.
- Develop and maintain program budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct monthly analysis to ensure revenue and project cost accuracy.
- Ensure all monthly internal and external deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Accounting, Contracts, and Senior Technical personnel to ensure facilitation of financial information.
- Participate in regular program reviews providing financial information as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting DoD programs is required.
- Current and active clearance with appropriate polygraph preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Unanet experience preferred.
