COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Our compensation package offers competitive hourly rates, time-and-a-half for holidays, and a generous paid-time-off program. Efficient Operations: Lead and optimize the Rehab Department for effective and streamlined operations. Patient Services: Oversee direct therapy services, ensuring high-quality care to residents. Data Management: Track and analyze data to enhance patient outcomes and department effectiveness. Admissions Monitoring: Manage and monitor resident admissions for optimal resource allocation. Treatment Schedules: Ensure efficient scheduling of treatments, maximizing resident benefit. Clinical Supervision: Provide expert clinical supervision to a dedicated therapy team.
