Field Services Technician I - CMC/Roanoke

Education: Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Minimum two years' experience in computer electronics, PC and/or telephony support. Experience in microcomputers and supporting desktop hardware/software required.

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Valid Virginia drivers' license and dependable transportation. CompTIA A+, Dell Hardware, Certification (WPD). Additionally, any one of the following are preferred, but not required: Avaya ACA / Avaya ACIS, CompTIA Network+, Comp TIA, Project +, CWNA, Microsoft MCP, Microsoft Specialist Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft MCSA Windows 7, MCSA Windows 8, HP Sales, Certified - Imaging and Printing Fundamentals along with certifications for individual current Enterprise Models on the Carilion Printer Fleet.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Good organizational skills, analytical, dependable, detail oriented, interpersonal skills, and understanding of the English language (both written and oral). Must have excellent problem solving skills, and be customer service oriented.
