POSITION TITLE

Shareholder Office Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Shareholder Office Coordinator will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations in the Shareholder Office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Providing administrative support to management team of tax and accounting professionals

* Communicating with customers and delivering accurate material in a timely manner

* Processing, creating, and issuing invoices for customers

* Collecting and recording incoming and outgoing payments

* Assisting in implementation and maintenance of files, both hard copy and electronic

* Responding to ad hoc requests for data in a timely manner, continuously seeking efficiencies in the way work is processed, ensuring all information is reported consistently, accurately, and timely.

* Assisting with planning efforts for various meetings

* Copying, mailing, tracking of confidential documents, and following up with customers

* Working successfully in a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

* Prior experience in a similar role

* Experienced in handling confidential information

* Ability to exercise excellent judgement and discretion with confidential matters

* Proficient Microsoft Excel and Word skills, including formulas and familiarity with complex spreadsheets

* Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing

* Ability and initiative to work independently

* Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in an effective manner and skillfully gather and analyze information

* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, planning and time-management skills, and the ability to problem solve

* Ability to build relationships with customers and management
