The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

The Sales Vice President is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy, growth, and sales execution within the Chemical Safety business unit, as well as, driving and tracking results within cross-divisional sales teams. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in sales management, the ability to develop high-performing sales teams, and the skill to implement strategies to meet ambitious revenue goals. The Sales VP plays a critical role in developing new approaches to drive pull through demand, expanding market share in key verticals and with new products, enhancing key customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success in a competitive market with market leading brands.

As a member of our Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives, focusing on sustainable growth, market expansion, and revenue targets.


  • Team Leadership and Development:
    Manage and grow a high-performing sales team comprised of business development, inside sales, and account management, consisting of Business Development Managers, Specialty Account Manager, Inside Sales, and Technical Sales. Provide coaching and training to ensure team members meet and exceed sales targets, while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.


  • Revenue Growth:
    Set revenue goals, develop forecasts, and ensure the achievement of targets across various sales channels (e.g., direct sales, inside sales, channel sales).


  • Sales Operations:
    Oversee sales operations including CRM management, sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and the refinement of processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Manage IMR relationships.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and customers. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. Support Channel Sales Team with key relationship manager.


  • Market Analysis and Expansion:
    Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's position into new markets or segments.


  • Collaboration with Other Departments:
    Work closely with marketing, product development, national accounts, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and company-wide objectives.


  • Measure of Success:
    Regularly reporting and meeting Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs) as determined for sales revenue and gross profit for BU, growth by channel/end user at the national and regional level, defining and prospecting pipeline opportunities.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring that spending aligns with business goals and that ROI is maximized.


Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).


  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a sales leadership role, preferably in a high-growth environment.


  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.


  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactical actions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $195,000-$225,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
