Overview Central Distribution Training and Developement Specialist Consults with Central Distribution Management Team to conduct needs assessments and instructional analysis for the business. Designs, develops, delivers and evaluates training programs that meet business needs. Manages large-scope talent development programs and processes, assessing training needs and applying the most effective delivery method.
