Position Summary
The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall growth, financial, and client success of the business line. This includes strategic planning and growth, oversight of compliance, and management of Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction with the services provided. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Operations
- Management of up to 15 contracts, including oversight, coaching and leading all directors and therapy staff to ensure delivery of high-value rehabilitation, maximum productivity, and adherence to rehab policies, procedures and professional standards as established by Infinity Rehab.
- Ensures client satisfaction with the services provided.
Strategic
- Actively participates in Infinity Rehab's strategic planning process and is responsible for developing business line growth initiatives, goals, and objectives, to carry out the Therapy Management component of Infinity Rehab's strategic plan.
- Develops annual budget in accordance with overall financial plan and oversee business line revenue and expense
- Promotes business line's services at state and national events.
- Engages in the sales negotiations for contract growth.
Business Knowledge
- Meets or exceeds financial goals set by Infinity Rehab
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and overseeing of Account Managers' (AM) performance including but not limited to:
- mentoring AMs so they understand and follow program guidelines
- performance determinations
- reviewing performance assessments and wage determinations
- retaining AMs by working with them to develop strategies for career management
- Assures regional compliance by following through on corporate compliance issues. This includes implementing quality directives and policies as developed for Infinity Rehab and monitoring staff adherence.
- Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered and of individual therapy programs for effectiveness and efficiency, using predetermined criteria.
- Ensures that the business line is meeting client goals and expectations as outlined in the sales process and quarterly business reviews
- Integrates relevant Infinity Rehab operations procedures throughout the business line's client programs.
- Audits client interactions and satisfaction with business services.
Use of Data and Technology
- Utilizes available rehab data to conduct needs assessments, support initiatives, proactively uncover issues, and manage business line operations.
- Manages rehab resources and supplies to ensure optimal operations.
- Utilizes special reports and data to assess the efficiency of business line operations and client programs.
- Develops marketing strategies for individual facilities based on their program needs, claims data, and in conjunction with Infinity Rehab's marketing and communications plan
Client Service and Quality
- Leads in-house transitions including leading the recruitment effort. Follows talent acquisition processes and keeps both the client team, and the talent acquisition team apprised of progress.
- Develops a Client Care Plan which lists goals and needs of facility to achieve an optimal rehab performance.
- Prioritizes needs with facility for staging and tracks progress on the initiatives to ensure alignment with client staff.
- Provides a Quarterly Business Review to review progress toward goals, and opportunities for improvement.
- Routes Net Health reports per assigned schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and teaches client leadership how to interpret for successful interventions.
- Reviews MDS Optimization software and coach's client stakeholders in uncovering optimization opportunities.
- Identifies program development needs of individual sites jointly with the client leadership and implements appropriate programs to further facility marketing plans.
Delivery and Execution
- Educates client facilities and AMs regarding Medicare regulations, including PPS and PDPM, and oversees adherence to all guidelines to optimize reimbursement.
- Provides opportunities for AMs and client DORs to maintain a high standard of clinical skill and knowledge through participation in continuing education conferences, training programs, and independent research.
- Develops and implements clinical programs which support Infinity Rehab's clinical initiatives and client priorities.

- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding strategic plans, personnel issues, and other significant business information. Adheres to established patient confidentiality standards.
- Investigates, follows-up and assists with resolution of staff, service, and patient-related issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology.
- Current state licensure.
- Five or more years with Infinity Rehab in a managerial position preferred (this product imparts Infinity Policies and Procedures)
- Advanced business degree preferred.
- Track record of rehab operations performance.
- Track record of client relations and influence.
- Consultative approach to problem solving.
- Emotional intelligence and human interaction insight.
- Competency in SNF regulatory and reimbursement environment: QAPI, PDPM, HMO. reimbursement, state and federal survey, rehospitalization environment, value-based purchasing, quality measures.
- Track record of helping clients improve their market position through opportunity identification and action plans.
