Job Summary: As the Director for Personal Support Services, you will participate as a member of the team - fostering an environment that supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams, and personal outcomes. This position will oversee the operations of multiple services and ensure quality services are delivered to the individuals we support. You will also be available to support and maintain a safe and secure environment, 24/7, 365. This position will perform all duties assigned to the Designated Coordinator per 245D requirements and will have responsibilities in service operations, personnel management, financial management, interface with Central Services to ensure organizational priorities are achieved, and other duties as assigned.
