ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to:
- Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values

- Owns and administers enterprise business applications with minimal direction
- Primary Business Liaison to proactively identify, analyze and document business requirements translating them into application solutions
- Provides Tier 3 Application Support
- Provides direction to Application Analyst and IT Support regarding applications and utilization
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: include but are not limited to:
- Required: 3-5 years of experience in technical administration of a business application
- Required: Prior experience with an Agency Management System (Applied Epic preferred)
- Required: Prior experience in defining and documenting business requirements
- Preferred: 0-1 years of experience in business analysis with focus on managing business and technical requirements
- Preferred: Prior experience in translating business requirements into business process or technology utilization.
- Preferred: Waterfall or Agile/Lean methodology prior experience
