As a Product Validation Specialist you provide specification and development of process/tools and to preform comprehensive product validation for the company's machine control, GNSS and guidance systems.



Responsibilities

    Develop validation test methods and capabilities.
  • Develop and implement product validation test plans in lab and field environments.
  • Analyze product test coverage through the design cycle.
  • Provide risk assessment against test coverage.
  • Failure mode analysis.
  • Product reliability and performance assessment and testing.
  • Analyze and present relevant issues in a clear, concise and logical manner.
  • Operate a variety of computer automated and manual test equipment including GPS and GNSS systems, precision Ag systems and simulators.
  • Write test reports.
  • Ability to maintain excellence and accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Ongoing commitment to advance knowledge in the field of GNSS, Machine Control & Earthmoving, embedded systems testing and standards compliance.
  • Sourcing, obtaining quotations and selecting required lab supplies and materials to conduct tests.
  • Other related duties as assigned by Management and/or Executive Team.
  • Maintain compliance with all Hemisphere GNSS policies and procedures.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% during the year.

This position pays: $64,125 - $85,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology Management; Machine Control /Construction focus desirable
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-tech product validation and support role
  • Experience with overall construction technology and production processes, highly desirable specific focus and experience within Machine Control and or earthmoving
