Job Description	ECU Department of Chemistry is currently seeking a Lab Assistant for the set-up and preparation of materials used in Chem 1151 and Chem 1161 teaching labs. The lab assistant is responsible for setting-up, maintaining and cleaning the teaching laboratories, and also for the preparation of reagents. Successful candidates must be able to follow safety rules and protocols, work independently, be detail-oriented and responsible.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)	Student should have successfully completed 1151 and 1161. Chemistry/Biochemistry majors are especially encouraged to apply.
