Description
The Global Cloud Services Support Engineer will provide comprehensive support for the client's Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of systems. The role involves performing routine maintenance, system upgrades, configuration, vulnerability remediation, and break/fix services for both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. Additionally, the specialist will support various applications, perform remote installations, and assist in optimizing infrastructure operations. Key Areas of Responsibility:
