Description: Accountable for data entry and scanning of medical records information into the system to include indexing by Injured Worker and categorizing by appropriate record types Entering correspondence and medical bills into the scanning system; Monitoring the Claims Department assignment group within the EDDG system Monitoring the Claims Bills email box to print out and distribute incoming documents Assist with responding to requests from Clinical Operations for copies of bills and explanation of reimbursements Tracks and reports production, downtime, issues and trends.
