Seeking a seasoned Creative Producer/Project Manager to work hybrid 3x in Cupertino! This is a long-term contract role, full-time hours, on W2. We are looking for an exceptional Creative Producer that supports products, external and internal web tools, quality control, and global programs for media projects.. In this role, you will be entrusted in managing internal communications with responsibilities including: intaking new keynote requests and monthly and quarterly reports/newsletters, preparing requirements for designers, copy writers, and reporting on output performance. In addition, you will work alongside teams of Designers, Product Managers, and Copy Writers to deliver compelling visual presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal teams. The ideal candidate for the role obsesses over organization, process optimization, and milestone tracking. Key Qualifications * Expert communicator (verbal and written), attention to detail, and highly organized * Experience in project management reporting * Experience managing responsive website projects and supporting marketing materials * You react quickly to new information and direction and seamlessly adapt to change. * 5-7 years experience as a digital project manager, working with Creative teams for software or web applications, with proven success managing the execution of multiple * Ability to forecast anticipated needs and create action plans * Expertise in Jira project management software * Ability to take ambiguous problems and distill into actionable project tasks * Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across multiple work streams, ensuring high-quality design solutions in a continuously evolving creative environment In this role you would be responsible for supporting a team of designers and copy writers who craft designs, graphics, and messaging for various products. Support includes creative resource allocation, scheduling, and gathering requirements and content. Individual will be able to own the intake process and will ultimately be responsible in helping sculpt the presentation narrative.
