What you'll do: - Manage a team of ~18 across the enterprise with focus on Customer A/R management. - Direct all customer credit review and assessment activities, including policy creation and approval, credit line management, exception approval processes and initiation and administration of customer credit holds - Administer credit analysis contracts with third-party providers - Direct all A/R collections activity with focus on timely collection of accounts receivable. Develop and utilize systemic application support and reporting to communicate A/R aging and performance across all business sectors - Promote metric based assessment of team performance on collections - Initiate and maintain customer master information in related systems - Sponsor cross functional reviews of customer credit and collections with sector management to promote collaboration on customer facing communications and support overall relationship management. - Review customer contracts for LOC requirements, payment terms, late fees, storage fees, and other business parameters impacting on A/R management activities. Determine opportunities for renegotiation opportunity with sector managers - Champion continuous improvement & efficiencies in A/R management, tools and reporting - Support other working capital improvement initiatives including contract management and negotiation, advocacy for improved business process efficiency and collaboration with cross-functional partners - Support the preparation & consolidation of monthly results and reporting packages including management presentations, key performance indicators, forecasts & variance analysis. - Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process - Provide employment leadership and mentoring to the team through performance objectives, performance reviews, and action plans where required Technical requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance - Advanced degree/designations (i.e., CPA, CMA CPA preferred but not required) - Proficient in data management and Financial Systems - 10 years+ of experience in Finance, Operations and credit and collections - High degree of proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint - Detail-oriented with strong organization skills & ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate responsibilities in an effective & efficient manner - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to work in a dynamic business environment Benefits that make life better: - Comprehensive Healthcare - 5% 401K Matching - Paid Time Off - Bonus Opportunities - Short- & Long-Term Disability - Life & AD&D Insurance - Learning & Training opportunities Raising the Standard of Excellence since 1911 With over a century of proven excellence, StandardAero has become an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field.
