The Business Development Manager positions are exempt. This position report directly to the Director/Senior Director, Senior Business Development Manager based on organizational need and structure. Travel is required approximately 25-50% annually. Expectations: The Business Development Managers responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, identifying and connecting with Key Stakeholders and developing appropriate sales reports and Key Performance Indicators for each account assigned. The Business Development Managers are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with service deliverables. The Business Development Managers are also responsible for service expansion at each existing account and prospecting and developing new accounts; including developing quotes or proposals, assisting the Quality team with customer complaints and CAPAs and is responsible to meet with 10- 20 accounts monthly. The Business Development Managers are expected to facilitate and/or provide the field service teams with structured account plans and serve as liaison between Business development organization, Service Teams and customer to ensure an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities/Assignments for Senior (Sr.) Business Development Manager:
Experience & Education Required for Senior Business Development Manager: A four-year degree in Business Administration, sales or other related experience (or equivalent military/industry training) in sales, account management or client development.
